What You're Paying For

The price includes
more than you think

A private chef dinner isn't just cooking. Before your guests arrive, there's a planning conversation about your occasion, the menu is built around your table — not pulled from a template — and ingredients are sourced during the week of your event from farms I know and trust.

On the night itself, I arrive 2–3 hours early. I set up, organize the kitchen, and have everything running before your guests walk in. Courses are timed around your evening — no rush, no awkward pauses. After the final course, I clean the kitchen completely. You don't touch a dish.

That full arc — from planning through cleanup — is what the per-person rate covers. There are no surprise add-ons. Alcohol is the only thing not included.

Who Each Tier Is For

Match the tier
to the evening

Intimate · 2–4 guests For the table of four

Anniversaries. Date-night-at-home. A small celebration that needs to feel like the right size for the occasion — not too small, not staged. Three to four courses, one menu, the kitchen cleaned before everyone heads home.

Signature · 5–12 guests For the dinner party

A dinner party. A rehearsal dinner. A few friends who have been promising to gather for a year — and you've decided this is the night. The menu is designed for the table, courses are paced around conversation, and the kitchen is spotless by the time the last guest stands up.

Estate · 12–30 guests For the outdoor gathering

Outdoor estate events. Weddings-adjacent dinners the night before. Corporate retreats where dinner matters as much as the meeting. A wood-fire component, a full tasting menu, and a service team that runs the floor so the host doesn't.
